We are recruiting for an energetic and motivated full-time Customer Service Representative. This is a hands-on role in a complex, multi-national organization and is best suited for individuals with experience in a fast-paced entrepreneurial service environment. The successful incumbent will be responsible for responding to all customer inquires and providing timely service to resolve any questions or issues that includes investigating resolution options, when needed, with internal stakeholders and third-party partners. We are looking for someone with a positive and professional attitude who will ensure dedicated and impeccable customer service.

The position is an office-based role in our Burlington office (QEW and Burloak Drive).
