The ITIL 4 Managing Professional (MP) designation will supersede the ITIL v3 Expert designation and will soon be one of the most coveted ITIL accomplishments yet. The course lets individuals ‘bridge’ their knowledge between ITIL v3 and ITIL 4 to achieve the new ITIL 4 MP designation.
The new transition course is only available to existing ITIL v3 Experts, or those who have acquired a minimum 17 ITIL v3 credits.
