A few weeks ago, an IT director from a US, DC-based government agency called Pink to help set their training needs into motion. Given the critical nature of disaster preparedness for all government organizations, it was natural that the agency had a comprehensive disaster recovery program (DRP) in place. Within a very short time of the work-at-home mandate, the IT director was able to mobilize his team and get them up and running remotely, almost overnight.
